The welcoming atmosphere and amenities each room provides will assist you in relaxing and unwinding after a long day of exploring the Poas Volcano area's many natural attractions.  We have various types of rooms on offer, each of them at a very affordable price. As you travel Latin America, be assured in the knowledge that you can always come home and feel welcome at Poas Lodge.

We are happy to offer you a choice of room type at Poas Lodge. We have rooms ideally suited to couples with a full size bed with or without the added luxury of satellite television. We also offer rooms with either a queen or king size bed to travellers looking for that little extra. These rooms also have satellite television. All rooms have a private bathroom, hot water, clean soft linens and fluffy towels. A continental breakfast including hot items is included in all room rates and all rooms enjoy the spectacular view of the central valley. We have also added heating to all our rooms to ensure the comfort of our guests on those cold Poas nights. An added bonus of free wi-fi in the rooms also adds to the convenience we offer.

Some of the rooms at Poas Lodge are able to accommodate a fold away bed. This makes hosting a family with children possible at a reasonable price. Please enquire about possibilities. From our lodge, many popular attractions are within easy reach, such as the Poas Volcano itself, the Irazu volcano and the many Hummingbird Gardens. These formidable volcanoes have played a large role in shaping the natural surroundings of this tropical environment.

At the Poas Lodge, we want you to feel at home. We strive to bring the essence of Latin America into our Costa Rica jungle lodge. If you are looking to entertain in your room or outside, there are many chairs provided and it is not unusual for ad hoc parties to spring up around the bar area. Our restaurant and bar has a heady fusion of both international and local cuisine, guaranteed to satisfy even the fussiest of pallets. These meals are not included in the price, but we are highly flexible and can accommodate any reasonable request. Whatever option you choose, your stay will indeed be a memorable one.
