After spending a wonderful few years in Costa Rica we have decided it is time to move on.

We have put heart and soul into making Poas Lodge a welcoming home from home for our guests, it has ben an exciting and rewarding project and we are now ready to sell the lodge and move on to a new project.

The lodge is very well equiped, furnished and stocked. We have a licence for renting rooms, selling goods, serving food and selling alcohol. It is a well rounded business and perfect for an owner-operator, or for a live in manager.

We have a 1990 Ford Bronco included in the sale price. It is perfect for doing shopping and transporting guests to the volcano park and back.

The business is held in a Costa Rican corporation (sociedad anomina), so when you buy that you purchase everything, including the licences, bank accounts etc. It is a turn key operation.
